The campsite is located in Ostrhauderfehn, directly on the beautiful Lake Idasee, in the middle of green East Frisia. Ostrhauderfehn with his surroundings is very popular for bike tours through well-developed and signposted cycle paths, up to the beautiful old … town of Leer, which attracts many visitors with his maritime flair, or the Meyerwerft shipyard with the construction of the cruise ships in Papenburg. The lake Idasee is also popular for water sports fans, for the water ski facility with beach bar feeling, or for anglers. The campsite is a family-business and therefore a very family-friendly site with everything what campers need: well-kept sanitary building with separate family area, washing machine, dryer, sauna, internet, playground and bread service, with freshly baked rolls by the local bakery.
